The reality of the South African market clearly shows the risks, learning curve and finance in setting up such an operation would normally be too great and would never succeed with small volumes and high set up costs, hence the synergy with Vinimark from a distribution and administrative point of view is a major key to its success.

The Wine Worx concept is proving to be very successful thanks to the current involvement of the quality producers who are part of the Wine Worx family. It is the company’s policy not to increase the number of suppliers beyond the 21 aimed for in the portfolio and a new winery will only be considered should an existing supplier leave.

The Wine Worx objective is to sell, market and distribute fine wines in the South African market for a profit in a unique manner differentiating itself from other Liquor Wholesalers.

We focus on no more than 21 premium, like-minded producers only in the SA Market, we assist them to create and promote their prestigious wines to a clearly defined market through the correct sales, marketing and distribution operations.

Wine list development in restaurants is a major function which we carry out. This would not normally be possible if the producer was acting alone in the market.
